Many loyal customers and visitors, after they have tried Lory's bakery and pastry like her famous Cantucci, asked her to open a shop that could help better the understanding of italian and specially tuscany food tradition by the foreigners travellers. They falled in love with her because she loves to explain what she's selling and not just do it, specially with people who don't know the many different choice that could have.
That's the reason why after 15 years she was in the Historical Central Market of Florence with her artigianal bakery labouratory, she decides to open a second place, where people who want know more about our food and cooking tricks, can just go inside and have a free taste of what they see and they are curious about. We fastly realized that most of the times the foreigners customers from all the world don't even know how to use some special products that for us are common in the dayly use: that's why we decided to let the people, who are interested about, to have their experience with our product like they could have in a 15 minutes “cooking class”.
Our best moments are when we understand the interest to know how to use the product from our customers and your smiling and surprising face after our explanations is our best reward.
Our project doesn't finish inside our shop but for the people who want to continue this experience even from home, we are pleased to send each month a newsletter with special recipe that you can use for have a best results in the kitchen.
